What's Covered

Mud Hole's rod blanks are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, unless otherwise expressly stated*.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover rod components, nor does it cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.

* Select value rod blanks offer a one-year limited warranty.

When you consider everything that can go wrong, it's comforting to know your rod blank won't be one of them.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To place a warranty claim, simply send an email to warranty@mudhole.com describing the breakage or defect. If you have a digital camera please attach a photo of the rod blank. Should we determine that the breakage is due to manufacturer's defect, we will ship a brand new rod blank to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement rod blank.

Should we decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer that model, we will replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current product line.
