After having waiting over two weeks for my order (the box sat in the STL postal facility for 6 days) I unwrapped the package to find the CB 783 broken!? The rod is in the original plastic and sealed. I didn’t even have to take it out to feel the break. The other rods are fine and the box had no dents or damage. To boot, my customer needs the rod by 4-23. If I have the same shipping experience it won’t be on time…. I will be calling you for replacement process. Disappointing!
