Small diameter (same dimensions as our U-15), all-aluminum saltwater seat with additional features to enhance utility. Tapered grooves on each side of the body and openings in the retainer provide for safe, temporary placement of your hook. Built-in Delrin washers in each locknut face prevent binding or over-tightening. Milled markings on the slip ring and retainer ease alignment of the hood and pocket with the reel foot. A notch inside the retainer assures accurate retainer positioning during assembly.
