Waterproof Coating

Our marine lenses are specially treated with a hard waterproof coating that sheds water. This both improves visibility in wet conditions and allows for easier (fresh-water) cleaning.

ColorTec Polarized

When you're on the water, nothing filters out reflected glare like a Polarized lens, which enables fishermen to see through the water's surface. With the addition of our ColorTec technology that enhances primary colors, contrast and color is further enhanced, creating a new level of visual clarity. Our special dielectric mirror coating on our Polarized ColorTec lenses fine tunes light transmission without compromising the color enhancement effect.

Photochromic Polarized

Panoptx presents a breakthrough in lens technology: a Polarized, photochromic (light-sensitive) lens made in virtually shatterproof PureTec ™ in NXT®. The ultimate fishing lens, its superior optical quality and Polarized filter allow you to see through the water like never before. The light-sensitive lenses automatically darken in bright sun and lighten in low light.

Science of Fit

Panoptx has mapped the territory around the eyes to create an eyecup that follows every contour on the face. The Orbital Seal on each Velocity model has a slightly different fit in order to conform to a variety of face types, yet each employs our Science of Fit to ensure the best possible seal.

Removable Eyecup

On all our Velocity Convertible (CV) models, the foam-lined eyecup can be removed to convert your Speed-rated eyewear into a pair of regular, albeit superior, sunglasses. Just clip the eyecup back in place to create a completely windproof, goggle-like seal around the eyes.

High Noon Eyecup

Designed for light-sensitive eyes, the High Noon eyecup has a copper lens with a Tv rating of 45%. Intended for daytime use with our Day/Night lens only, it's best to switch back to your standard eyecup for night riding.

Vented Seals

To ensure healthy air flow around the eye, the foam-lined vents allow filtered air to circulate inside the Orbital Seal. No other eyewear offers this exclusive patented protection from harmful airborne irritants.

Anchor Points

Three anchor points secure the eyecup at the temples and nose bridge to prevent loosening at top speeds.

Prescription Lenses:

Panoptx produces custom prescription lenses for the Velocity and Speed series. All orders are filled at the Panoptx lab. Our technicians precisely grind Rx lenses for prescriptions +3.00 / -5.00D. Sport bifocals are also available.
