ROD BLANKS & OVERSIZE CHARGES
There are several instances where oversize charges may be necessary to complete your shipment, typically when there are multiple packages or items that require additional freight charges. These charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on the rate table shown below. Oversize fees will only be assessed once, no matter how many qualifying items are on your order.

* All lengths assume a single section. Effective overall length for multi-piece blanks can be calculated by dividing overall length by number of pieces. For example, a 3-piece 9' fly blank would not be assessed an oversize fee because no single section exceeds 72".
EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Expedited shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on the rate table shown above. 99% of expedited orders placed by 12pm noon (EST) ship the same day. We provide tracking numbers with all of our FedEx shipments and will contact the carrier on your behalf should a package become lost in transit. To report a possible missing package just call us at (407) 447-RODS (7637), but please allow a reasonable amount of time (5 business days) to pass before reporting it to us.
EXCLUSIONS - Saturday delivery is not included. To request Saturday delivery please make a note in the comments section of your order. Flat-rate expedited shipping table does not apply to orders with rod blanks larger than 9'/1pc. (single section length of 9' or greater), nor does it apply to orders with Power Wrappers. These oversize items require additional postage, please call (866) 790-RODS or email us for a quote.
BACKORDERS - Unless you have requested otherwise, all backorders
will be shipped via U.S. Mail or FedEx Ground, free of charge.
APO/FPO - Shipments to military APO/FPO addresses will be charged a $3.00 handling fee in addition to actual shipping charges, which will be determined at the time your order is processed. You will receive an email with the exact shipping charges the minute your order ships. You can also call or email us for a shipping quote.

Mud Hole Custom Tackle's "Safe Shopping Guarantee" ensures that your
credit card is 100% secured when you shop in our web site. We guarantee
all purchases against credit card fraud when place through our secure
server. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank can only hold
you liable for $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. In the unfortunate
event that someone has unlawfully used your credit card number Mud Hole
will cover that liability up to the maximum of $50.00. This guarantee
applies to purchases made using Mud Hole's secure server (https: protocol).
Mud Hole Custom Tackle uses "Secure Sockets Layer" software which is
the industry standard for website security. When you enter your credit
card number, it is encrypted and sent to us. Only our servers can unencrypt
your information.
Our gift certificates are the perfect gift for that hard to shop for
person and guaranteed to be the one-size-fits-all gift. Our gift certificates
are available in any amount and your name and the recipients name are

All amounts are payable in US funds (cashier checks, money orders, Visa,
Master Card or wire transfer). We prefer to ship international orders
via UPS or Federal Express and charge the actual shipping cost plus a
$7.00 handling fee. To request a shipping estimate for your international shipment please email us at shipping@mudhole.com.
However, we can ship international orders via Air Parcel Post if requested
by the buyer. Do to past problems with Air Parcel Post, we will not be
responsible for lost or damaged goods. All goods requested to be
shipped Air Parcel Post will be shipped insured and return receipt request.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the item to us within 30 days. Returns may be requested by emailing our returns department at returns@mudhole.com or
by phone at (407) 447-7637. You will be provided with a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) number and instructions for sending the product(s) back to us. Please have the Invoice number available.
Please note the following:
- Mud Hole Custom Tackle reserves its right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
- To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice number
and reason for the return.
- Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items
in the original box with all accessories within 7 days for an exchange
or refund.
- Mud Hole Custom Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without
a return authorization (RMA) number. This number must be posted in a
conspicuous place on the outside of the package.
- Merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer
under their return policy.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
- Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer
- Books, videos and software sales are final.
- Special orders may not be returned.
Damaged Packages - If the package was damaged in shipping refuse
shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket.
Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier
to inspect.
A wholesale price list is available to legitimate dealers engaged in
the resale of fishing tackle. Please send a request for a wholesale catalog
