In order to manufacture blanks with a powerful graphite butt and a flexible e-glass mid to tip section, MHX developed the Composite Series using a Toray 6K Standard Modulus Graphite Fiber of 33 million modulus butt section with E-Glass 9 Million Modulus mid to tip section.
Whether bottom fishing for Grouper and Halibut, or trolling for Tuna or Wahoo, there models are designed to fulfill your needs. By utilizing 24-Ton Carbon and blending it with Woven “E”-Glass, MHX has produced the perfect actions, while also able to maintain smaller diameters and lighter weights than 100% fiberglass blanks.
Not to mention, the durability will only be surpassed by a solid glass blank!
