Ordered this Rod to build for my Son. It’s only my 2nd Rod to build. The Kit made it nice a simple, really took the guess work out of all the parts that are needed. Thank you Mud Hole for making it easy for us new Rod builders.

First rod built in a long time,but was unsure of quality of the blank,but better than I imagined it would be.

I purchased this kit to build a rod specifically for my brother-in-law. He live in northern Arkansas and fishes primary the trout rich rivers near by. This kit has great components, I choose to upgrade a few of the to go with the Marine Corps theme I was designing.
