Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We personally guarantee that all items available at MudHole.com or in the Mud Hole Retail Store Front perform as described and meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any unused item, please call us at (407) 447-7637 or make an online request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Or,  you may bring unused merchandise to the Mud Hole Retail Store Front in Oviedo, Florida for a return/refund. 

Change / Add / Cancel Order

We strongly recommend reviewing your order prior to clicking on the final place order button. A quick double check will ensure your order accuracy, as processing begins immediately to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible. Once your order has been released to the warehouse for fulfillment, we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please contact support if you need to request a cancellation or to arrange a return.

See below for recommendations for adding to an order or making a return or exchange on an order that has already begun processing and cannot be changed.

Requests to Exchange or Refund

Easy Online Returns via mail or visiting our Oviedo Store Front offer a fast and convenient way to return your purchase. Rest assured we will do all we can to help make your return/exchange as easy as possible.

Returning Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us within 30 days. An RMA number may be requested online or by phone at (407) 447-7637. You will be provided with an RMA number and instructions for sending the product(s) back to Mud Hole. Please have your invoice number available. Please note the following:

  1. Mud Hole Custom Tackle reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
  2. The value of certain promotional spiffs/incentives provided at purchase may be deducted from the refund amount (for example, fishing line spooled at no charge for new reel purchases in the Retail Store Front).  
  3. All returns/exchanges are subject to management approval upon inspection of returned products. 
  4. To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.
  5. Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items along with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
  6. Mud Hole Custom Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RMA) number. This number must be posted in a conspicuous place on the outside of the package. 
  7. Returns must include proof of purchase such as: Invoice and/or Packing Slip. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.
  8. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
  9. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.
  10. Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer
  11. Books, videos, software and closeout sales are final.
  12. Special orders and personalized goods/apparel may not be returned.

Damaged Packages

If the package was damaged in shipping, refuse shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect.

Class Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the class date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to class date may be rescheduled up to 1 time. All cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the class date will forfeit their class fee and receive the class items, there will be a shipping charge for all items shipped to customers.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Except for Promotional Cards (which are valid for 12 months), gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed. There are no service or dormancy fees for unused gift cards.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless you have the original proof of purchase and card number. If validated, a replacement card will be issued for the remaining balance shown for the card which may differ from the original issued amount
  • Gift cards may be used for purchases in-store or online and are treated like cash.
