Split-Grips, Fore Grips, Fighting Butts, Fly & Spinning

CFX grips begin with a proprietary carbon infused core material. It is the weight of traditional 4 lb urethane foam but has the density and strength of 7 lb. It is stronger, lighter, and more dense than any grip material available. What this means to you is the ultimate in energy transmission, far superior to cork, EVA, hypalon or other carbon fiber grips.

CFX grips have a buffed matte finish that is comfortable, easy to grip, and impervious to UV breakdown. The end result is a beautiful grip that is lighter and more sensitive than any rubber based handle, translating to more bites felt, more hook sets and more fish in front of the camera.

So far so good!

I installed the casting split grip and the 2.35" butt on a RG6'8"MMF topwater rod. These grips are light weigh and solid. The grip matched perfectly with the new Fuji PTS reel seat (I did shave the corner of the grip to match the angle of the reel seat). The foam core is easy to ream to size (don't try to force this into place the foam is hard and will scratch the rod... whoops). The butt matched perfect with the CRB aluminum butt cap, OD 1". Also, these match my Concept A reel I'm using because of the matte finish. Only thing negative I've heard of is that the carbon fiber gets really hot in direct sunlight... we'll see!

Great product. Needs spec's

Just purchased this product and the design is superior and feather light, looks fantastic. One problem is the lack of sizing specifications like ID/ OD. I knew this when I ordered them and decided to take a chance. Sure enough the overall dimensions are far too narrow. Im keeping these sweet grips as they will serve well on another stick.
