To heavy

It should have stated the thread size. More like a D instead of an A

Tiger thread colors

I like the pro wrap tiger thread. I would like to see it in a black and gold color and a black and yellow color. I wrap old bamboo fly rods and those colors were popular back in the day.

Tiger thread a unique thread wrap

This thread creates a unique pattern which shifts in the blank as the diameter varies. The multicolor design shows that the rod is truly a “custom rod”.

Perfect Color for the Rod I Repaired

The color of this ProWrap Tiger Thead was a perfect match for the thread on a South Bend 59 9 fly rod I was repariing for a friend that needed a tip top and wrapping at the ferrule of the tip section. I did find the thread a bit wiry, however, to the point that I wrapped it by hand rather than use the electric rod winder. I am, however, 79 years old and have not wrappped thrread on a rod for over 40 years. Despite my problem with the wiry nature, I do recommend this thread and plan to use it to wrap everything on a 9-foot, three-section bamboo rod I own. I only have the three blank sections--no reel seat, no handle, no gudes nor tip top. Final comment: a good product!
