I have enjoyed using this wrapper. It works nicely.
The blank holders are absolute garbage. Very flimsy built. Won’t stay locked into the track. The plastic wheels are continuously popping off of the bearings. The blank will pop out of the rod holders if you are not extremely careful. These holders shouldn’t be on a $100 wrapper much less a $500 one. The track fits together well and is easy to assemble and the chuck is very nice and holds good. The motor assembly kinda noisy compared to others but it is extremely smooth. Overall the blank holders are the downfall of this kit and in my opinion make it a bad purchase at this price point compared to others on the market.
I’m a life long fisherman who has had the opportunity to create a lot of memories in salt and freshwater. I’ve fished with many rods, from high end to rods I used sewing thread to secure broken guides. I’m so jazzed that I can make my own and this machine performs excellent.
Just starting out learning to use everything and make it work to my advantage so far fantastic equipment
